Be Prepared. Know Your Risks.
With a little preparation, you can be ready for an emergency. Take action to ensure you're prepared to protect yourself and your family during an emergency. (You should be able to take care of yourself and your family for a minimum of 72 hours!)
The following list of supplies can help lessen the impact of an emergency situation:
Water
Flashlights
Batteries, candles and matches
Non-perishable food
Medical supplies
Alternative heat source
Battery operated radio
