Tomorrow marks the official first day of Fall.

Fall is a great time to do a quick check on your home to ensure it is ready for the colder weather. By checking the following things and ensuring they are working properly, you can ensure you reduce your overall energy consumption.

1. Ensure return air registers are not blocked by furniture or bookcases.

2. Ensure windows and doors are properly weather-stripped.

3. Replace and or vacuum your furnace filter monthly.
