WRREA Donates to The Friends of Westlock Elementary School

On June 13, 2022 eight lovely energetic kids involved with the Friends of the Westlock Elementary School Society were presented with a $500.00 Rural Roots Award cheque by the Wild Rose REA Customer Service Manager, Kayla St.Pierre.


The Friends of Westlock Elementary School Society:

This group is a fundraising arm of the Westlock Elementary School and is currently working towards the purchase and installation of four sets of two swings (one being a larger inclusive swing for those who need wheelchair accessibility.)

From what we understand, these kids are really looking forward to some new playground equipment!
