A big congratulations goes out to Westlock Wecan Depot, one of our 2024 Rural Roots recipients that received a $500 Rural Roots award at our 2024 AGM held on April 17, 2024.

Westlock Wecan Food Basket Society is an organization that believes everyone has the right to access fresh produce and frozen meats at an affordable price. They arrange for the transportation of these items once a month to Westlock so those in need can have affordable access to these basic necessities.
