Squirrels and Power Outages.

Did you know that squirrels are a leading cause of power outages in our service territory.

If you feed squirrels near your transformer pole, please note that they are more likely to climb the pole and make contact with our facilities.

Keeping this in mind, please place bird and squirrel feeders far away from our facilities to minimize the chances of these critters causing a potential power outage!
