Progressive and Co-Ordinating Organization Agricultural Society

 

A big congratulations goes out to Progressive and Co-Ordinating Organization Agricultural Society, one of our 2024 Rural Roots recipients that received a $500 Rural Roots award at our 2024 AGM held on April 17, 2024.

 

PACO (Fawcett) Agricultural Society aims to fulfil the needs of the community by connecting citizens to municipalities, tourism and agricultural producers. Founded in the 1960’s with a recently revitalized approach, they want to make a difference by operating community facilities that enhance the quality of life in our community and by working together to promote the rural areas, activities and agriculture. Public library is hosted every Tuesday and Thursday along with Pickleball every Wednesday. One of PACO’s goals is to provide social and recreational opportunities for all residents in our region.
