Please note that early this morning customers between Pibroch and Jarvie experienced a mass power outage due to another wire owner.

As a result of this outage, our call center received higher than normal call volumes, which may have resulted in a busy tone.

Power has been restored to most areas.

If you are currently without power, please do not hesitate to contact our call center.

1-877-749-3655.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as power is being restored.
