Postal Strike and Receiving Invoices

Please be advised due to the postal strike in effect, those who receive your bills in mail, the invoices will be mailed out as per normal once the postal strike is over.

We recommend the following alternatives for your convenience:

• Contact our office to inquire about your current balance or for any assistance you may need with your account.

• Make payments online through your online banking service.

• Visit us in person at our office to make a payment directly.

• Sign up for e-billing to receive your monthly statements via email.

All statements are due by the 20th of each month. For your convenience, we offer several payment options, including:

• Pre-Authorized Withdrawal Payment Plan

• Internet/Telephone Banking

• At the Bank

• In-Person at our Office (cash or cheque)

• Credit Card (subject to applicable fees)
