Notice of Delay In Response Time

At Wild Rose Rural Electrification Association Ltd. we take the safety of our staff and quality member service seriously.

To that end, in response to threatening communications recently been received by our staff, we have contacted the RCMP who are investigating the matter. Any further communication that is received in this regard will be provided to the authorities immediately to assist them with their investigation.

We will continue to monitor the situation carefully to ensure that our staff are not subjected to further threats and abuse as anything compromising their safety will not be tolerated. As a result, you may encounter some delay in our ability to respond to legitimate inquiries as we undertake these additional measures in how our communications are handled.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and are hopeful that this situation will be resolved quickly.
