Manola Community Cemetery receives $500 Award

A big congratulations to the Manola Community Cemetery that received a $500.00 Rural Roots Award at the April 19, 2023 Wild Rose Annual General Meeting!

Manola Community Cemetery is a group of local volunteers who oversee the ongoing perpetual care of the Manola Cemetery which was established in the early 1900’s. The volunteers have homesteaded the area for many years and they aim to involve future generations in the social responsibility for caring for it to ensure the roots of local history are preserved.
