Often times as the weather gets colder, we default to turning up the thermostat in our homes. While that may be necessary to an extent, often times we could also make simple changes to our daily routine instead. PUT ON SOCKS—> PUT ON A SWEATER —> GRAB A BLANKET —> LET SOME NATURAL LIGHT IN TO WARM YOUR HOME

Although these tips may seem simple, we often forget that they could be the difference between turning the thermostat up a few degrees just to warm our body up when we are cold.
