In the event of a power outage, one of the first things you should do, is check your breaker at the transformer pole to ensure it is UP and in the ON position.
In the event that you check your breaker and it is DOWN and in the OFF position, all you may have to do in order to restore power is turn the breaker back into the ON position by flipping it UP.
If you have checked your breaker and it is in the ON position, but you still have no power, please contact our Emergency Line 1-877-749-3655. Please ensure you have your Name and Legal Land Location available to ensure that we are able to respond to your outage.
