Birds and Power Outages

Did you know that birds are another leading cause of power outages in our service territory.

If you feed birds near your transformer pole, please note that they are more likely to make contact with our facilities.

Keeping this in mind, please place bird feeders far away from our facilities to minimize the chances of these animals causing a potential power outage!
