It's the little things that matter.

Making minor adjustments can make huge improvements over time when it comes to reducing your energy consumption.

- Turning your thermostat down slightly at night or only allowing your AC to cool for part of the night, and having it programmed to turn off once the desired temperature is reached will lower your overall summer consumption.

- Wear cooler clothes and less layers indoors instead of turning your AC on.

- Keep your blinds and windows closed during the day to keep the sunlight and warm air out. If the temperature allows in the evening, open up your windows to allow a breeze to circulate through your home.
