Did you know you could be leaking heat out of your dryer vent, and in turn be causing your furnace to work harder!

Check your dryer vent to ensure it closes after you use it.

If the lid on your dryer vent is frozen open or broken, it allows cold air to pour in through the dryer or exhaust fan, making more work for the furnace to keep your home heated.
